actually i lost so much weight i got this flap of skin on my lower abs and my skin isnt tight so my abs arent working out well
I pretty much have a two pack….my upper abdominals are fine but the middle and lower are not very noticiable. Drinking beer probably doesn’t help that much though. The first exercise I will incorporate at the gym. I’m not gonna get wierd at the gym with some ball though. I agree with some of the comments, alot of people are not going to be able to do these if they are somewhat overweight.
He has some very good points. Especially the one where he said “don’t be a robot”. He is right, it is about the experience.

@adrillikatithang Situps will help shape abs but your abs will never show if you have bodyfat covering them. Thats where cardio comes to play. Burn the fat and they will slowly start to show.

When I do “roll outs” I practicly don’t feel anything in my abs. I only get tierd in my arms.. Any tip?

woah, people. Just because he had a hard time doing some advanced exercises doesn’t mean he isn’t fit. He could have been exercising before this. You guys shouldn’t just assume he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Look at him, he looks fairly in shape. And what he says makes sense. He is just being blunt, not mean.
