i would recommend you to avoid oily food, all the fast food resturant foods.
subway sandwich is better compare to others.
well eat vegetables daily, you dont have to eat a plate full. tomatoes,cucumber, lettuce.
you can have a heavy breakfast.
moderate lunch.
eat very light food for dinner, better if you can eat oats, not the snack bar.
drink lot of water, eat lot of fruits, try to fill you belly with fruits when you feel hungry.
have pistachious & skim milk

But when you are in this kind of training and going to the gym and stuff. Do i need to eat like a plate of Vegatables every day and some meat. Or can i eat vegtables with various food, like a hamburger sometimes? I just need some tips
