Question: I’ve been told before that you should let your muscles recover for a couple of days before repeating an exercise, but you see to suggest that this kind of workout is better everyday. Can you explain?

@MikeEves1 he doesn’t talk about burning stomach fat, he talks about toning your abs. regardless of whether you have fat on top of your abdominals or not this is still good for the muscles. for those of us who don’t have any fat covering the muscles, it definitely improves the tone of a six pack.

How quickly you see results depends on how much stomach fat you have over your abs. I noticed a two pack the day after I did this workout. Works great for me!

his workouts are obviously geared to improve muscle tone and physical fitness not muscle bulk.
he said everyday, thats over-training the abs. you need time to heal the abs if they are burning that badly. id say 3x a week is good though
