I didn’t notice that many people had already posted those questions I made before, and Del Monte never replied. So, I’m guessing this should be performed 3 days/week, say Mon – Wed – Fri. It wouldn’t make any sense to do it more than 3 days due to the intensity of the supersets.
Hey, I didn’t get it. Is his DAY 1 or WEEK 1??? Should this routine be perfomed mondays only? Or everyday of the week?? Or how many days/week? It isn’t very clear.
Ey, Im kinda thin and stuff and I’ve been training for about 1 year now and I have see smal results.. I think this is something to do with my diet. could you maybe help me with a good diet?
Vince,One thing i have wondered nearly all my life about building muscle. Can you necessarily eat whatever you want if your an extremely hard worker, i keep hearing about all these food plans people go on. But if you didn’t want the “perfect” body and just wanted to get in shape and have a little definition could you still work for it and continue eating what you wanted. I have ate what i wanted all my life and im not overweight nor out of shape i just dont have muscle.
Am i the only one that hates this douche?

hey guys I have a few questions… Im a smaller guy 120 pounds. I have been heavy lifting for 2 months. I have seen gians. But Im wondering what to eat and how muh whey protien to take everyday on workout days and non workout days. I work out back/biceps monday, wendsday I workout chest/triceps and friday I workout legs. Is this a good routine. I need to know how to eat to achieve fat lose and muscle gain and get that six pack! THX to anyone who helps
