umm when you paused the bar at the bottom was the bar touching your chest? is it suppose to? i heard it should be like a fist away from your chest thats the closest, any closer and your putting more stress on your front delts… Also you mentioned Reach fatigue, does that mean if u reach your fatigue on flat bench dont go to incline or decline on that same day your training your chest?? i hope thats clear lol

Yes i know these men are strong cause they do build some tendons. But its really true, you can be stronger without building resistance. I dont know how though ill have to look into it.
