Everyone who can“t do pistols that deep: try doing them until about 90 degrees angle to build that knee joint strength up first.
@BarStarzz i’m doing like thousand burnouts a day at one time just by skipping
@BarStarzz Ok cool, it’ll be interesting to see what other exercises you guys do for legs, especially for the posterior muscles.
@JustElijah We do all of them and now since the upload date of this video so much more leg work, there will be part 2 of this video soon.
You do pistols and stuff, but don’t do anything for your hamstrings at all, which is a bit of a shame as your legs will be impaired in terms of their potential full strength. Another problem with this training regimen is that it, in no way, compares to what you do with your upper body. Apart from the pistols, barely any of these exercises build exceptional strength/power. Nevertheless it’s good for a general leg workout, it’s only really extreme if you do all of them.
can u dunk?
@BarStarzz New York is expensive, isnt it?
@doopydave haha yeah hes garbage. his balls flat too
you forgot the king of them all heavy squats.
what dew you do for cardio??…and what 50 song iS this??..
It seems like he’s doing jump squats wrong.. But I’m no expert so whatever.
Man, them Pistols are tough. I could do it with my right but struggle using my left leg.
hehe Nothing about the workouts, but at 1:07 that guy shooting in the back, I can own him

damn those are tough. one thing to balance then another to stand back up.
I think i am going to try some this.
Sorry, last one. Walking Lunges: Exactly what it sounds like EXCEPT you do NOT stand up between lunges. Standing removes alot of the weight from your hamstrings to your quads. As the hamstrings are overlooked too much in most leg workouts, its a good idea to isolate them now and again. Walking like this slowly will be more difficult as you’ll be relying on 1 leg for longer periods of time. Also, keep your steps low and even without allowing you knees to touch the floor. Hope this all helps.
Pistols are great but it poses the same problem as lifting on one of those bosu balls. The lack of stability decreases the amount of wieght and/or the amount of explosive power you can generate in any single rep. You can do Skiers which involves jumping diagonally forward off of one standing leg. If your standing on your left leg, jump diagonally forward right and vice versa. Jumping left off your left leg or right of your right leg also works. You’ll be using slightly different muscle fibers
