“hard to eat 3,000 calories” I wish i could say that, i gain muscle just by thinking about gaining muscle but i cant stop feeling hungry. I guess my insane muscle building genes come with an unfortunately insane fat gene. Ill never get six pack abs at this rate. Honestly tho ur pretty jacked dude so dont listen to any of these haters who dont know how to appreciate hard work.

@barthelfitness i got a question about creatine. actually 2. first, whats the best way to take creatine. like on for 2 months off for 1 or do you ever take breaks? the 2nd one is, when i do come off of creatine, do i keep the muscle gains. i know i lose muscle size from the water my muscles retained from it, but will i keep the muscle gains i gained on creatine?
Look exactly like my diet minus the casein which i guess is good other people are eating the same stuff as me to keep in shape.

Damn. That’s a lot of food… I should eat more. 2 eggs or porridge for breakfast + tea, then 2 cheeseburgers + fried potatoes+cola for dinner, spaghetti for supper and protein shake with 1 banana. And maybe a sandwitch before sleep. Should i eat more?
