you basically just use them to switch it up from normal bars, makes you feel stronger when you go back to normal, this is what i heard at least.

no sorry i’m lying I train with 110 pound dumbbells 50 kilograms
I train with these weights with no steroids but with a lot more difficulty and max 6 reps
130 pounds the dumbells!
how heavy are those dumbbells?
