    @montana05011 reduce how much you eat to around 6 small portions a day 1 ever 2-3 hours and dont over work you body do like this workout 2 times a week then do cardio atleast 1 hour of intence each day and do it without wantting them fatty foods and you will see results within 16 weeks if you stick to it also try up the reps so it hurts your stomach its produces more latic acid :D

    you can do this 3-4 times? a week. do it 3x a week if you blend it with other program [ex: chest and triceps+ this routine]. do this 4 times a week if you are just working on your abs. when concentrating on working out your abs and want to burn fat, be sure to do cardio [jogging is the best for me] before doing this program. remember that the main objective of this program is to develop your abs and not to burn fats on your tummy.

    if only everyone knew that. it’s kind of sad, i don’t blame people. They think that doing these ab and sit up exercizes will make them lose weight but in turn, it makes them look even fatter cuz they develop muscles that push on their fat.

    the best way to burn fat is through an intense cardio workout…..biking, interval training such as wind sprints…etc…weight training builds muscle but doesn’t guarantee you’ll get ripped, just bigger and heavier (bigger) because it all depends on how high ure heart rate is because the higher it is…the more calories (fat) ure burning.

    @montana05011 go on a stationary bike for about 35-40 minutes…easily burn about 200-300 calories or more depending on the amount of resistance you have it set
