@Eddie2446 yeah hahah that is so true dude,when i work out they fuckin stare at me,and it makes nervous,it makes not be focus,so it ruins my entire routine,and ive seen some huge guys at the gym walking around talking about how wasted they were the night before and im like dude fuckin shut up!!,and i dont get it dude,they drink dont eat right,they work out like 3 minutes and walk around for 30 mnts and they are huge i hate it,

@xNeuroFilmsx ya but it depends on what kind of pain…seriously some people just don’t notice when somethings wrong I didnt and next time i lifted it was terrible I got some swollen nerve in my elbow from working triceps to heavy and couldn’t lift for like 2 weeks

To be totally honest if you want your muscles to grow you need to push yourself so bad you want to stop get over that mental barrior of wanting to stop and there you go, also you need to have sup;ements(protene) this helps your muscles repair quick so you can go back to the gym feeling good and ready to work
